Come Out to Play Day - April 19th
Come Out to Play Day will be held Saturday, April 19th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include indoor and outdoor games, a climbing wall, experts presenting on healthy activities and play, nutrition and accident prevention, face painting, clowns, animals and much more! This event is open to the public, free for all ages and will be held at the Shriners Hospital at 911 W. 5th Avenue in Spokane.

Family Fun Day, April 26th at Spokane County Boys & Girls Club
Family Fun Day will be held Saturday, April 26th from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. and will include soccer skills training, activities, and snacks. It is open to the public and is free for all ages. Make plans to join us at the Northtown Branch Boys & Girls Clubhouse, 544 E. Providence Ave.

Come Out to Play!
Community Open House

Join us Saturday, April 19th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for our Come Out to Play Open House!

We will have active indoor and outdoor games, a climbing wall, face painting, clowns, animals and experts sharing tips on nutrition, play, safety and healthy habits for the whole family.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Spokane County and Wild Walls Climbing Gym in Spokane are parntering with us to create a fun and active day for kids and famlies. Everyone is welcome.

54th Annual Shrine Circus

The El Katif Shriners present the 54th Annual Shrine Circus April 25-27 at the Spokane Arena.

Showtimes are:

        Friday, April 25 - 7:30 p.m.
        Saturday, April 26 - 11 a.m., 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
        Sunday, April 27 - 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Tickets are available at the arena the day of the event, and ticket windows will be open one hour prior to showtime. General admission $10, reserved seating $15-$20.

Norman R. Brown Lectureship

Physicians, nurses, therapists and other health care professionals who work with pediatric orthopaedic patients are welcome to join us for the 2008 Norman R. Brown Pediatric Orthopaedic Seminar on May 16, 2008. The seminar will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Spokane hospital.

The lecture will feature John G. Birch, M.D., of Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Cost is $50.00 and includes the morning and afternoon sessions and a hosted lunch. Registration due by May 9, 2008. 4.25 Category II credits are available.
